Beverly Arts Centerpresents Computer Animation I Starts Jul 25 - Sat, 9am until 11am Cost: $90 ($81) BAC Members Students will learn about animation from the ground up, creating their own characters and story boards to develop ideas and transfer them to digital animation. This class covers techniques that incorporate sound, movement and abstraction. Students will receive a copy of their finished work at the end of the session. Beverly Arts Centerpresents Computer Animation Starts Jul 13 - Mon, Wed & Fri, 1pm until 4pm Cost: $200/ $180 BAC Members From character design to storyline to scenic elements, this class will explore using 3D modeling to design characters and environments for short pieces of computer animation. Students should have some prior basic computer animation experience (an introductory class at your own school is enough). Each student will create at least one short (2-5 minute) piece of 3D animation, and will receive a master DVD with a copy of all finished projects. This class will culminate in a big-screen premier for friends and family on one of the BAC’s full-sized movie screens. (Max 8) More Info |
